 DependaBill  Solutions, L.L.C. ("DependaBill"), will not disclose any information or  data submitted by Users of this web site to any third party, without  the User's prior permission, unless DependaBill has a good faith belief  that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or  comply with legal process; or (b) protect and defend the rights or  property of DependaBill.  DependaBill  collects personal information about our users only during the  registration for our UtilityTrakR™ service and during the use of  UtilityTrakR. We collect name, email address, mailing address, credit  card company, credit card number and expiration date, credit card  billing address, invoicing information, checking account number and bank  routing numbers. All of this information is kept strictly confidential.  It is not shared or sold to third parties. For membership access areas,  “cookies” are used. This is only for functionality reasons, and your  personal information is never shared with anyone else. These cookies are  also only collected by our sites, there are no third party cookies that  are placed on your computer. These cookies help keep track of your  login information to speed up the login process, and in certain cases we  store your preferences to help tailor our site content to your  interests.  

 DependaBill  respects your right to privacy. We have a strict policy of not selling  our customers' email addresses and are completely anti-Spam.  

 You  will be notified of any significant privacy statement updates or if we  change the way we collect or use Personally Identifiable Information  through email. For this reason, it is important that the email address  you have on record with DependaBill is kept up to date.

To  protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we  use security measures that comply with Federal Law. These measures  include multiple computer safeguards and secured files. All DependaBill  Solutions employees work within strict security guidelines and are  notified if any changes are made.  

We  do share your credit card information with a third party only for  verification purposes. All customer information available to internal  employees is only accessible on our internal company network. 
 

The data we collect is used in the aggregate to give us demographic  information about the entire DependaBill audience in order to improve  our products and services. The information you provide (name, address,  etc.) -- allows us to keep you informed about upgrades, products and  services of DependaBill, its affiliates and other third parties that we  believe may be of interest to you. If you are a registered user of one  of our products, we will only send information regarding your product or  any assistance which you may require.
